These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Legion Companion Discord bot and web dashboard (collectively, "the Service"). The Service is operated by Royal Vanguard LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("Royal Vanguard", "we", "us", or "the operator"). By inviting the bot to a Discord server, registering as a member, or logging into the dashboard, you agree to these Terms.

Legion Companion is an independent fan-made Discord bot that helps Aion 2 legions manage members, classes, profiles, events with RSVPs and reminders, attendance, boss/siege/rift timers, leaderboards, and applications.
Trademark notice. Legion Companion is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NCSoft Corporation. Aion and Aion 2 are trademarks of NCSoft. References to game content are made under nominative fair use solely to identify the game this tool supports.

/admin_gift. Gifted time is non-transferable and non-refundable.You may not, and may not allow others to:
1. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the bot or dashboard, or attempt to extract its source code beyond what is publicly visible. 2. Resell, sublicense, or rebrand the Service or use it to operate a competing bot service. 3. Abuse or attempt to bypass subscription gating, the server whitelist, single-instance enforcement, rate limits, or any other access control. 4. Attack or disrupt the Service or any of its dependencies (Discord, Stripe, shugo.gg, the underlying host) — this includes spam, scraping, denial-of-service, or excessive automated requests. 5. Submit false or harmful data in commands, applications, or modals — including impersonation, harassment, illegal content, or malware links. 6. Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of Discord's Terms. 7. Scrape, mirror, or republish game data the Service displays without complying with the underlying source's terms (NCSoft, shugo.gg).
The operator may suspend or terminate access for any violation, without notice.
Your use of the Service is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which describes what data is collected and how it is handled. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you (or your officers) enter — in-game names, shugo.gg URLs, application content, etc.
You can request data deletion at any time as described in the Privacy Policy.
LICENSE for terms.You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any portion of the Service except as permitted by LICENSE.
The Service integrates with Discord, shugo.gg, and (when enabled) Stripe. Each has its own terms and policies that govern your use of them. The operator is not responsible for outages or behavior of those services.
If shugo.gg is unavailable, character search and profile import may degrade or fail; this is not a breach of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
The operator is not responsible for in-game outcomes — missed boss spawns, lost loot, attendance disputes, or any other consequence of relying on the bot's data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Total cumulative liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid the operator in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.
You agree to indemnify and hold the operator harmless from any claim, demand, or damages — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising from: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any third-party rights, or (d) data you submit through the Service.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, except where binding arbitration is required by applicable consumer protection law.
The operator may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the bot or dashboard and noted in the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
If you do not accept a revised version, your remedy is to stop using the Service and (if applicable) cancel your subscription.
